Volunteers
Community-minded people at the heart of our work
The influence of our volunteers can be felt across our services. They bring not just time and skills but compassion, insight and lived experience that shape how we support people every day.
Community-minded people at the heart of our work
The influence of our volunteers can be felt across our services. They bring not just time and skills but compassion, insight and lived experience that shape how we support people every day.

Our volunteers offer practical help and human connection: mentoring, supporting residents, delivering neurodiversity screenings and helping people access essentials like housing, benefits and employment. Just as importantly, they listen without judgement and create space for people to be heard.
Volunteering with us is about being part of someone’s turning point.
At a time when someone may feel overwhelmed or alone, your support can help them feel understood, build confidence and take their next steps forward.
You’ll be part of a community that cares deeply — working alongside people who believe in second chances, in dignity and in the power of support to change lives.
Along the way, you’ll grow too — gaining new perspectives, building meaningful connections and developing skills that stay with you.
There’s no single path to becoming a volunteer with us.
You might be a student looking to learn, someone with lived experience wanting to give back, or simply someone who cares and wants to make a difference. What matters most is your willingness to listen, support and stand alongside others.
If you want to support people through some of the hardest moments in their lives and help create real, lasting change — we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll receive all the necessary training as well as having the opportunity to work alongside professionals from the justice sector.
